Maintenance Supervisor

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage repair and maintenance of manufacturing facilities and equipment.

Requirements

• Hands-on supervisor position in most cases but will require people supervision on tasks needing additional support and scheduling
• Responsible for the monitoring and achievement of operational and/or financial results for their area of responsibility
• Responsible for people management actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees
