Operations Manager

Graphic Packaging International is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in a folding carton manufacturing operation. The Operations Manager will plan, direct, and manage production operations to achieve operating goals and objectives. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with 5-8 years of management/leadership experience in a folding carton packaging industry or similar manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• MBA preferred
• 5-8 years of management/leadership experience in a folding carton packaging industry or similar manufacturing environment
• Foresight, creativity, sense of urgency, and good organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
• Technical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet skills
