Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping impactful product areas by collaborating within high-velocity engineering pods and partnering with product managers, leveraging AI to automate routine tasks and focus on high-value building.

What You Will Do

You will take ownership of a vertical slice of the product, balancing the quality of the code with the quality of the outcome. You will use AI tools for code generation and text summarization, and work on full-stack delivery, debugging, and software architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience in software engineering
• Strong background in software engineering, with experience building complex, scalable software systems
• Proven ability to work across backend and frontend systems
• Strong experience with object-oriented backend development, such as Java or similar languages
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
• AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability or strong curiosity to use AI tools for code generation and text summarization
• Product Sense: Demonstrated ability to articulate why you built past features and how they impacted the business
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English
