Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, and 6+ years of experience in construction managing projects over $5M

Physical stamina, ability to learn new skills, and strong attention to safety

5+ years of experience in railroad, construction, or industrial operations, 3+ years of direct P&L responsibility, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Journeyman electrical license, 2+ years of experience, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Analysis, critical thinking, and Microsoft Office skills are required

5+ years in railroad, construction, or industrial operations and/or sales leadership; 3+ years with direct P&L responsibility, budgeting, and financial accountability

3-5 years of experience in industrial construction or related experience, proficiency with engineering software and project management tools, excellent analytical skills
