Bartender (Part-time) - GBH

GBH is seeking a Part-time Bartender to provide excellent customer service and safe beverage service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, knowledgeable, and able to follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. Strong customer service skills, cash handling ability, and knowledge of drink recipes are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Food and Beverage experience in a high volume licensed establishment
• Practical experience as a bartender in a high volume licensed establishment
• Valid Smart Serve certification
• Strong customer service oriented background
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to prioritize and possess excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective leadership, oral and written communication skills
• Competence and professionalism
• Ability to follow and comply with company and departmental policies and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills to maintain good rapport with customers and employees
• Ability to perform tasks and duties effectively and safely within prescribed time limits
