Elementary School Director/Principal SY25-26

The Elementary School Director/Principal will serve as the instructional and cultural leader of their campus, setting the vision for teaching and learning, developing and managing high-performing teams, and ensuring every student receives an excellent, equitable education.

Requirements

• College degree with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Principal, Supervisor, or School Administrator certification, or meets the requirements for certification
• At least five years of successful experience teaching and leading in an urban school environment
• Strong data analysis skills
• Visionary and dreamer
• Detail-oriented and logistical
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
