Greater Philadelphia YMCA Employment Opportunity! The Executive Director at the West Philadelphia YMCA branch is a high-profile leadership position that is responsible for the Branch's overall direction, coordination, operation, and success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Current or past Executive Director experience preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in fitness, retail, recreation management or hospitality industries.
- 5+ years’ experience in managing 150+ team members.
- Excellent interviewing skills.
