Job Description
As a Technical Delivery Lead at Greenbox Capital, you'll improve how our technology teams deliver software, data, and platform initiatives, drive execution excellence, and increase delivery predictability across engineering, product, and data teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, program delivery, agile delivery, release management, or software execution leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, release processes, and dependency management in complex environments
- Experience working directly with engineering, product, platform, and/or data teams
- Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar for work management and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to use delivery data to improve execution quality and predictability
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand technical and product context to identify risks and sequencing issues
