The Deputy Shift Leader will be responsible for ensuring and monitoring the smooth production process, preparation and operation of production equipment, and recognition and elimination of process disturbances.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, electrician, or machine and systems operator or a comparable technical training
• Several years of work experience in a comparable position in a manufacturing company
• Experience in leading employees
• Good German language skills
• Good computer knowledge, MS-Office - especially Excel
• Reliability, independent working, flexibility, forward-looking working method
• Motivation, performance willingness, and good understanding ability
