Regional Property Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the overall performance and profitability of a portfolio of properties within a designated region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
- 3 years minimum of relevant experience in a leadership role with managing diverse properties.
- Proven experience in property management, including knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi and/or Real Page), word processing, spreadsheet, and database management applications.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Real Estate license required in specific markets, otherwise preferred.
- Industry certifications (e.g. CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc.) also preferred.
