As a Manager Health, Safety & Wellbeing (m/w/d) - Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, you will create a safe, healthy, and modern work environment for our employees.

Requirements

• Engineer, technician, or master degree
• Completed SiFa course for occupational health and safety specialist or equivalent
• Qualification as an occupational health and safety specialist in accordance with the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG) and DGUV guidelines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Health & Safety
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and prevention
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and change management skills
• High service orientation and ability to enable people and shape culture
• Very good German & English skills
• Travel readiness
