As a Retail Merchandiser, you will assist in setting up new stores across the US, merchandise new stores, and support existing store operators. You will also travel weekly to different locations and serve as a brand ambassador in the field.
Requirements
- Demonstrate merchandising best practices to store employees
- Guide Independent Operators and their store teams on merchandising and brand standards
- Construct and deconstruct store fixtures
- Unpack pallets with various types of food & products
- Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing expenses, booking flights, and submitting time sheets
- Communicate clearly and consistently with store teams and management
