GROPYUS is seeking a Construction Manager to coordinate on-site projects, manage contracts with subcontractors and public authorities, and oversee construction progress. The role requires negotiation, communication, and a strong understanding of building law and contract management. The company focuses on sustainable and affordable housing.

Requirements

• Completed degree as an architect, construction engineer or a comparable technical education.
• Experience in construction management in the management of key construction projects.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Knowledge of building law (VOB) and specialist knowledge in all trades.
