
Job description
Join our team as a Mainframe Ops/App Support to work within an IBM and Unisys mainframe OS and environment to support customer processing, applications, and configurations.
Provide support controlling, diagnosing, and resolving difficult problems, perform IPL, and provide expertise in OS2200, z/OS, and z/VM operating environments.
Must be willing to work 3rd shift, use government documented processes and procedures, and follow policies for Change, Incident, and Service Requests.
