Job Description
Join a company where humans are at the heart of projects and work in a healthy environment as an Evaluator. You will be responsible for property evaluation files and more specifically conducting data collection, analysis, and compilation to validate municipal evaluations for tax purposes.
Requirements
- Member in good standing of the Quebec Association of Certified Appraisers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or Engineering
- Relevant first experience in a similar position
- Mastering the Office suite
- Good judgment, analytical and synthesis skills, negotiation skills, leadership, and creativity
