Chief Technology Officer

Growth Signals is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the company's technology and product strategy, overseeing technical decision-making and driving predictable, high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate is an experienced, technically credible leader who understands how to operate production systems in real enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with significant ownership of production systems at scale
• 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Director, or equivalent) with responsibility for architecture and delivery
• Strong background designing and operating modern SaaS platforms, including APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven experience delivering secure, reliable software to enterprise customers with high availability and compliance expectations
• Deep understanding of software delivery discipline, including CI/CD, automated testing, release management, and operational readiness
• Strong security mindset with experience supporting audits, enterprise security diligence, and risk management
