Scrum Master

Lead complex and business critical product/offerings projects and strategically critical projects as Scrum Master. Drive best-practice project and program development management within Grundfos using internationally recognized governance models, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• Master or bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong background in leading and executing complex and/or specialized projects
• Strong business acumen including financial understanding
• Hands-on experience with execution of strategic change management projects
• Experience with working in a LEAN Agile environment
• Visionary and driven by enthusiasm and curiosity for new technologies
• Capable of managing several high-profile programs and project activities
• Must be willing to travel when required
