Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineer or Architect (preferably homologated, in process of homologation, or with possibility of homologation in Portugal)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in construction projects
• Medium to High level of English (B2) - oral and written comprehension
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe)
• Valuable knowledge of Autocad, BIM or construction project management software
• Advanced knowledge of construction activities to supervise and train others
• Accustomed to working in demanding situations
• Good communication skills to interact with the team, superiors, suppliers, and clients
• Availability to install in Portugal for at least 24 months
• Valid passport
• Updated vaccination certificate (tetanus complete)
• Medical certificate of aptitude or health card, without physical limitations that incapacitate for concrete work
• No prior convictions
• No history of working or residing in the EU in an illegal manner
• Vaccination Card (Complete Tetanus)
• Knowing the Portuguese language (A1-A2) will be valued
• Having verifiable professional references
