We are looking for a Social Area and Talent Captivation Technician to contribute to the employability of people with disabilities in our ILUNION stores. The successful candidate will foster social and labor integration, professional development, and job maintenance of people with disabilities through accompaniment, guidance, and coordination with other areas of the company.

Requirements

• University degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Education, Pedagogy, or Cycle of Social Integration
• Valuable experience in Special Employment Centers
• Ability to work with people with disabilities
• Knowledge of social and labor resources, labor orientation and insertion, conflict management and communication, office tools
• Empathy and relational skills, organization and planning, teamwork, proactivity and autonomy, adaptation and incident resolution
