Relationship Management Apprentice

Role Overview

As a Relationship Management Apprentice in Lombard, you'll build strong relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on delivering an excellent experience and positive outcomes. You'll work in a hybrid environment, depending on the job, and contribute to a positive learning culture.

What You Will Do

Conduct service reviews, manage diaries, develop banking knowledge, and contribute to a positive learning culture. You'll also gather customer information, recommend solutions, and support customers through product application and approval.

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate and support customer relationships
