An Electrical Assembler combines technical expertise with personal work habits to build, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic systems with precision and quality.
Building complete electrical systems from schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams, soldering and mounting components onto PCBs accurately, and connecting wires, harnesses, and panels according to specifications.
Requires a mix of hard skills (technical abilities) and soft skills (workplace behaviors), such as attention to detail, problem-solving, communication skills, and teamwork.
