Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Role Overview

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of warehouse functions, including filling customer orders and preparing items for shipment. Works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, security, and productivity.

What You Will Do

Follow order pick sheets, prepare orders for shipping, and check outbound shipments for accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area and support monthly cycle counts and audits.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be able to work well with others, lift 50 pounds, and accurately count and solve simple arithmetic problems. Basic to intermediate computer skills and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and write in English
• Experience in a warehouse setting a plus
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to accurately count and solve simple arithmetic problems
• Must be able to work well with others as a team
• Must be able to understand and execute with the guidance of Lead or Manager with minimal supervision
• Must have basic to intermediate computer skills
• Must work in an organized and safe manner
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
• Perform general housekeeping
• Physical stamina and strength
• Must be flexible; able to work extended hours and weekends when required
• Attendance must be 98% or better
