Guidepoint is a leading research enablement platform that helps clients turn answers into action. As a Client Service Associate, you will work with clients to understand their business questions and identify experts who can provide answers. You will also recruit new experts into our network and develop strategies to satisfy client project requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication and interaction skills in both English and Mandarin
• Proactive, result-driven, and able to go the extra mile
