Job Description
As a Nurse Practitioner at GuideStar Eldercare, you will address the suffering of an aging population afflicted with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other neurocognitive disorders in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. You will have the opportunity to experience the autonomy of private practice, collaborate with corporate clinical leadership, and enjoy administrative support.
Requirements
- Proof of Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Good time management skills
- Able to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Complete credentialing process
