Job Description
BSBI Barcelona is seeking a Lecturer in Accounting and Managerial Finance (Spanish Speaking) on a Freelancer basis. The role involves teaching academic modules, assessing student work, potentially developing curriculum, providing student support and mentoring, and contributing to the school's activities. BSBI aims to educate students to become excellent leaders in a changing business world, providing industry-relevant programs and fostering entrepreneurial skills.
Requirements
- PhD or PhD candidate
- Prior teaching experience in higher education at University level
- Very good knowledge of Windows OS, of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
- Scientific publications in a related discipline
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Educational Platforms (i.e. Canvas, Blackboard etc.)
- Working knowledge of timetabling software
- Sound knowledge of study regulations and rules
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- High social competence and assertiveness
- Entrepreneurial and economic way of thinking and working
- Resilient and flexible
- Motivated for further academic and professional development
