Gusto is seeking a Sr. Staff Software Engineer to develop a new product that simplifies the compliance process for small businesses, offering tools for incorporation, and onboarding support. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and driving innovation within the entity management team. Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven experience in leading the development of greenfield products
- Strong mentorship skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
