Job Description
The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance and engineering duties, including maintaining, repairing, operating, and renovating plant and facilities. The incumbent is guided by a basic knowledge of building trades, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical repairs, plant maintenance methods, techniques and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Trade school or 5 years comparable related experience
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
- Ability to make decisions and meet deadlines
