Job Description
The Paint Shop Leader will assist in managing production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety goals are achieved. They will plan and implement materials and production processes, lead teams, and promote training and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Complete high school education
- Basic Office package

- Experience in the paint department in the automotive segment
- Knowledge of paint shop manufacturing processes
