Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support the daily operation on the shop floor. You will contribute to a smooth flow of the warehouse by coordinating activities, supporting your team, and ensuring that processes are executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with our standards.
Requirements
- MBO-level work and thinking experience with experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in coordination, quality control, or supporting team activities.
- Clear and confident communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to provide instructions, support colleagues, and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
- A proactive, accurate, and practical approach, focused on safe working and achieving goals, quality standards, and operational standards.
- Flexibility and versatility: you can easily switch between departments and train colleagues in procedures and daily activities.
- A keen eye for improvement, with the ability to report process deviations, report problems, and contribute to LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with warehouse systems like WMS, SAP, or similar digital tools.
