Mobile Engineering Manager | Design System

Wellhub is hiring a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead their Design System team in Brazil. As a passionate developer, you will have opportunities to take part in architectural decisions, suggest improvements, and interact with the product team and other business stakeholders in a highly collaborative, agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
• An Engineer Manager with strong expertise in React and React Native, along with a solid understanding of related technologies
• Experienced in developing and/or using Design Systems by building quality frontend applications with focus on performance and accessibility
• Experienced in managing engineers and team process to guarantee deliverables
• Capable of architecting large-scale, multi-tier web applications
• An effective communicator, both written and verbal, able to clearly articulate ideas across cultures and geographies in both Portuguese and English
• A professional with strong desire for learning and self-development, holding a bachelor's degree in computer science or possessing equivalent professional experience
