Job Description
H is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead technical architecture, design, and long-term engineering roadmap for AI agents and inference platforms. The role involves mentoring engineers, ensuring quality, and driving improvements in system reliability and scalability. Requirements
- Previous demonstrated role(s) as Staff Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in Python backend development
- In-depth experience with distributed systems or cloud computing, preferably in AWS
- Experience building and shipping end-to-end solutions
- Experience building APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Solid understanding of coding standards, architectural patterns, and test frameworks
- Expertise in instrumentation, observability, and monitoring
- Strong mentoring and cross-functional communication skills
