Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program, Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure, Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient
Physical therapy or PTA degree, state license, and strong communication skills required
Physical Therapist
Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program, Active state Physical Therapy license, Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient
Bachelor's degree, Active state Physical Therapy license, Strong communication and clinical skills
Speech Language Pathologist
Graduate of accredited Speech Language Pathology program, active CCC-SLP license, and prior experience in outpatient therapy and dysphagia
Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice, Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Occupational Therapist
Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program, active or eligible state license, and 0 years of experience
Occupational Therapist
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, prior experience preferred, active or eligible state license to practice
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Requires a graduate of an accredited OT program and state licensure. Experience in outpatient setting is preferred but not required
Physical Therapist Assistant
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, Current PTA license, Strong interpersonal and communication skills
