Job Description
The Annual Giving Officer is a key member of Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona's Development team, responsible for planning and implementing the annual giving program, including year-round solicitations and campaigns to diverse constituents.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with donors, colleagues, and external partners
- Familiarity with fundraising principles, strategies, and best practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated success in planning for and completing projects on time, on budget, and within scope
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to give and receive detailed information through verbal communication in person, by telephone, and/or at community meetings
- Proven track record of cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding annual donors
