Inside Sales/Commercial Quoting Specialist

We are seeking an Inside Sales/Commercial Quoting Specialist to join our team at Rex Pipe and Supply in New Philadelphia, OH. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales, knowledge of products sold, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Meet or exceed sales targets established by the Manager
• Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions
• Assist customers who pick up their order at the Profit Center
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
• Investigate and resolve customer problems
