The role provides strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team, embedding robust analytical, microbiological, and quality systems.
Requirements
- University degree in science, chemical engineering or a relevant field
- Fluent in Slovak and English
- At least 5 years of management leadership experience in Quality Control in manufacturing environment
- Experience in a consumer/pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device/food/cosmetics industry or equivalent manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements
- Significant direct people leadership experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for tactical and strategic decision-making
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A team player who fosters collaboration and promotes company values
- Digital IT skills – forward-thinking mindset and ability to leverage modern IT technologies
