Role Overview

Join our growing HVAC Technician team as a Selling Technician. Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair or replace HVAC equipment as needed. Identify opportunities for system replacements and execute on-site equipment sales.

Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, stay current on new products and technologies, run service calls, and identify opportunities for equipment replacement.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of residential HVAC sales and service experience
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical or trade school
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
