Regional Technical Head of Program Mashriq - Jordan

Regional Technical Head of Program : Mashriq Regional Division, HI's Middle East Regional Programme (MASHRIQ) coordinates missions in 4 different countries, the role will lead on the development of innovative, quality programming across sectors, and manage a team composed by: The technical unit with 5 to 8 technical specialists and the MEAL unit with 3 to 4 MEAL & IM staff, as well as the Business Development unit with 2 or 3 staff.

Requirements

• minimum of 5 year’s experiences in humanitarian development with experience in project management (multi or complex)
• previous experience in one of HI's technical sectors of intervention
• strong managerial skills: Being able to develop team members: developing the ability of staff to work independently
• ability to manage stress
• empathy
• autonomy and flexibility
• excellent organization and time management skills: you know how to simplify and prioritize
