The BIM Manager will lead and oversee all Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring effective implementation of BIM standards and workflows to support design, construction, and facility management.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows.
- Lead BIM coordination across all disciplines, ensuring model accuracy, clash detection, and design integration.
- Review BIM models, drawings, and digital deliverables for compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, consultants, and contractors on BIM processes and tools.
- Conduct BIM audits, quality checks, and model validation activities.
- Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and ensure proper data governance.
- Facilitate BIM workshops, coordination meetings, and training sessions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and integration of BIM with project controls, scheduling, and facility management systems.
- Ensure alignment with KSA regulations, international standards, and client expectations.
