Job Description
Hansen, a global provider of energy, water, and communication services, is seeking a Strategic Product Manager (gn) to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and product strategy. The role involves translating industry regulations into scalable solutions, managing stakeholders, monitoring trends, and ensuring clear communication with key audiences and partners in the DACH region. The company is a leading innovator in the DACH energy services sector.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, energy consulting, or a comparable role
- Demonstrable successes in independent leadership of complex projects
- Deep understanding of the energy and service industries, relevant market trends, and operational challenges
- Strong knowledge of the German energy industry and regulatory frameworks (e.g., EnWG, MsbG, GDEW), as well as BNetzA processes
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in the transmission of complex regulatory and technical content
- Strong negotiating skills in German and English
- Ability to create a clear consensus and position strategic topics clearly
