Requirements
- Manage and coordinate contractor work during projects
- Conduct construction meetings and track change order requests
- Maintain project management logs and prepare reports
- Prepare and control project budgets and schedules
- Develop scopes of work and job specifications
- Contract administration and due diligence inspections
- Ability to work with regional and national vendors, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors
