3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, 1+ year of supervisory experience, and HVAC certification
Leasing Specialist
High school diploma, 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Property Manager
At least 2 years of experience in multifamily property management, developed supervisory and leadership skills, and solid experience with MS Office
ACQ Maintenance Technician
Prior maintenance experience and skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall and painting
Sr. Accountant, Fund Accounting
BS degree in Accounting or equivalent, 2-4 years of accounting experience, and proficiency in accounting systems and US GAAP
VP, Asset Management, Multifamily Direct Equity – Portfolio Manager
Strong academic background, 7-10 years of experience in multifamily asset management, and investment mindset required
Maintenance Technician
1 year of general maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and multifamily experience required
Maintenance Technician
1 year general maintenance experience, HVAC certification preferred, valid driver’s license required, customer service oriented, ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
