Maintenance Technician

Maintain the physical integrity and appearance of a property by performing routine maintenance, handling resident service requests, and supporting the efficient operation of the property.

Requirements

• One-year prior experience in general maintenance
• HVAC certification preferred
• Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience highly desired
