Maintenance Technician

Responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and appearance of the property by ensuring all buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Performs routine maintenance, handles resident service requests, and supports the efficient operation of the property.

Requirements

• One-year prior experience in general maintenance
• HVAC certification preferred
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required for refrigerant handling
• Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience highly desired
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be customer-service oriented
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
