Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee and manage the operational and financial aspects of an assigned property, with a focus on providing an exquisite living experience for residents. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in multifamily property management and proficiency in using social media platforms.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in multifamily property management
• Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Developed supervisory and leadership skills
• Experience in rent collection, G/L postings, daily deposits, and SODAS
• MRI knowledge is highly preferred
• Solid experience with MS Office
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
