District Manager, Multifamily

Harbor Group Management Company is a multi-billion dollar real estate investment and property management firm seeking a District Manager for its multifamily properties. The District Manager is responsible for supervising property staff, developing and implementing portfolio strategy, and ensuring company standards are met.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in business, property management, or other related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior leadership role, managing 3 or more properties
• Certifications Preferred: ARM, RAM, CAM, CPM, CAPS, NAHP, HCCP
