Job Description
Harbors Home Health & Hospice is seeking full-time and per diem Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide individualized one-on-one home health and hospice care. They offer a supportive team environment with career advancement opportunities and the flexibility to balance personal and professional life. Over 43 years, Harbors has been the premier non-profit provider of home health services in the Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties.
Requirements
- Current WA State Nursing License (RN or LPN)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Valid driver’s license & dependable, insured automobile
- Home health, hospice, acute care, or SNF experience preferred
- New grads are welcome!
