Job Description
Harbors Home Health & Hospice is seeking full-time and per diem Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide individualized one-on-one care and flexibility in their schedules. They are the premier non-profit provider of home health and hospice services in Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties and have been serving the community for over 43 years. Requirements
- Current WA State Nursing License (RN or LPN)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Valid driver’s license & dependable, insured automobile
- Home health, hospice, acute care, or SNF experience (preferred)
