Job Description
Harbors Home Health & Hospice is seeking full-time and per diem Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide individualized one-on-one care in home health and hospice services. They offer flexible scheduling, training & development, and support for a work-life balance.
Requirements
- Current WA State Nursing License (RN or LPN)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Home health, hospice, acute care, or SNF experience preferred
- New graduates welcome
