Job Description
Industrial Engineer responsible for partnering with shop floor and production teams to train, troubleshoot, and gather feedback for ongoing process improvement. Leads or supports Lean/continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
Requirements
- Partners with shop floor and production teams
- Leads or supports Lean/continuous improvement initiatives
- Works on process improvement projects
- Reports on project status
- Attends classes, seminars, trade shows
- Communicates and consults with engineering, technical and manufacturing personnel
- Provides assistance to Maintenance personnel
- Maintains records, reports, or files
- Uses oral or written communication techniques
- Supports the department's mission
