Family Medicine Physician
Board certification not required, 3+ years experience in Family Medicine
Physical Therapist
Experience in physical therapy and critical thinking skills
Physical Therapy Assistant
PTA or PT license and experience working with patients
Front Office Coordinator / Rehab Aide
High school diploma, experience in healthcare administration, and strong communication and organizational skills
